Dr. Sunday Popo-Ola is a Research and Teaching Fellow at Imperial College London and has developed a reputation as a global expert in the field of fixings and claddings. He is a member of the UK’s National Technical Committee (NTC) on Steel Anchors standards and a Fellow of the London Technology Network where he helps foster research-industry collaboration which has lead to several multi-million dollar engagements. Dr Popo-Ola's passionate about inspiring young people and developing the next generation. He is the founder of a non-profit initiative called Creative Futures which engages with over a thousand children annually collaborating with the Royal Academy of Engineering in delivering Creative Thinking Workshops in the UK, Jamaica, Nigeria and other developing countries.
