Engr. ‘Bosun moved into project management on arrival in United Kingdom and was a member of the project management team with Balfour Beatty Rails on the Metronet/BCV rail reconstruction project on the Victoria and Central Lines in London as a PWay project planning, after which he joined Skanska UK on the National Grid SEESA - South East England Substations Alliance (with Areva T&D, Mott McDonald) project as a project planning and controls engineer. From there, ‘Bosun has been involved in project planning, controls and management of iconic multi million pound projects like the London Olympics with Laing O’Rourke (on the CLM JV), the new Heathrow Terminal 2, also known as The Queen's Terminal with E C Harris LLP Consultants (now Arcadis), Heathrow Terminal 3 Integrated Baggage project with Jacobs UK, Ealing Common and Upminster Depot Upgrade (ECUP) project with Vinci Taylor Woodrow UK and Brent Cross Regeneration (BXC) project with Capita Infrastructures and Barnet Council, London. In all these roles, demonstrated effective project leadership by drawing on engineering knowledge when creating holistic construction solutions for timely and cost-effective project delivery. As a prolific communicator and team player, his interests in Value Engineering and Earned Value Get in TouchManagement are borne out of a vast experience in conducting thorough reviews of project requirements including project scheduling, project controls, construction work, timeline and project cost management
